The new system has already had an instant impact on operational management. SLT Group predicts savings of £55k a year by not running multiple software platforms and saving staff time by automation. Discrepancies between datasets from separate software and manual systems have been eradicated, alongside the manpower needed to manipulate report information. What had been difficult data to access, is now just a click away, with drilldown into the detail, at the fingertips of the operational staff, senior management team and board members alike. Each business and sub-department has bespoke KPI dashboards with automated reporting. This transparency of performance is powering up planning and investment strategies.
